    You will receive an email from us with a specific document checklist for sole proprietorships, as well as login details for your personal cloud account. You then upload your documents (receipts, bank statements, and, if available, financial statements) to the cloud. Your data will of course be treated with strict confidentiality and stored on a Swiss server.

    We review your documents and clarify the scope of your sole proprietorship (e.g., whether financial statements already exist or need to be prepared). We will then send you a non-binding offer with a guaranteed fixed price by email. At the same time, you will receive a corresponding non-binding invoice.

1. Do you also offer fixed prices for sole proprietorships?

Yes, we also work with transparent fixed prices for sole proprietorships. We review your documents and prepare an offer at a fixed price based on the scope and complexity of your records.

2. Are there any additional costs beyond the fixed price?

In principle, the fixed price stated in the offer applies. However, we also provide various additional services that are billed based on actual time spent (e.g., tax advice on special topics, ANobAG matters, commercial register applications, etc.).

3. What if I do not have financial statements?

No problem – we can prepare a simple income and expense statement or full financial statements based on your documents.

4. Do I need to register my sole proprietorship with AHV?

Yes, registration with AHV is mandatory for self-employed activities. We can assist you with this as well as with AHV salary reporting. However, these services are not offered as standalone solutions, but only in combination with tax return preparation and/or bookkeeping.

5. Is registration in the commercial register necessary?

Registration depends on your turnover. Above a certain threshold, it is mandatory, but in some cases, voluntary registration may also be beneficial.

6. Can I submit my private tax return and sole proprietorship together?

Yes, we prepare both parts together and submit them jointly.

7. What documents do I need for my sole proprietorship?

Typically: Receipts (income and expenses), Bank statements, Invoices, Existing bookkeeping records (if available).

8. What happens if my documents are incomplete?
