Which locations and cantons do you serve?

Our clients include companies from across the German-speaking regions of Switzerland (e.g. Zurich, Zug, Bern, Aargau, Lucerne, St. Gallen, etc.). Collaboration is usually fully digital (cloud-based via Bexio).

My current fiduciary says changing fiduciaries mid-year makes no sense. Is that true?

A change of fiduciary during the year is absolutely possible. The following transfer dates are ideal:

  • For VAT reporting on a quarterly basis (effective method): at the start of a quarter or fiscal year.
  • For VAT reporting on a semi-annual basis (flat tax rate): January 1 or July 1.
  • Immediate changes are usually not ideal but can be arranged under certain conditions.

Which documents do I need to provide?

You should upload all accounting-relevant documents to your Bexio inbox or our secure cloud. For additional information, we provide online questionnaires you can fill out directly.

I discovered an error in my bookkeeping. What can I do?

Thanks to internal controls, the four-eyes principle, and our qualified team, our error rate is extremely low. If an error ever occurs, we will correct it quickly and without bureaucracy — and of course free of charge. Please notify us immediately if you notice any material error so we can fix it right away.

How secure is my company data?

Your data is stored on secure servers operated by trusted providers. All information remains strictly confidential — even after the end of our collaboration. Internal access is highly restricted and granted only to team members working on your mandate or project. Rasminka GmbH will never share your company or personal data with third parties without your explicit consent.

How much does financial accounting cost?

We combine digital efficiency (document upload, streamlined workflows) with personal support.

Bookkeeping, payroll, annual financial statements, and tax return preparation are billed at CHF 90/hour (excl. VAT).

Specialized consulting (e.g. tax optimization, company sale, capital increase) is billed at CHF 200/hour (excl. VAT). All prices are exclusive of VAT (currently 8.1%).

Why is your accounting service so affordable?

abrechnungen.ch avoids expensive offices in city centers, time-consuming meetings, and costly marketing campaigns. Our efficient structure — recognized by Expert Suisse in 2017 as a Best Practice Case — allows us to pass on savings directly to our clients. Professional bookkeeping should be affordable for small businesses and startups, not just large companies.

Do you offer flat-rate pricing for businesses?

By default, we work on an hourly basis (CHF 90/hour, excl. VAT). Clients with well-organized documentation can keep costs low this way. For clearly defined projects (e.g. business plans, tax returns), we offer individual fixed-price quotes after reviewing your documents and estimating the workload.

How does invoicing work?

At the start of collaboration, we issue a prepayment invoice or deposit request. After that, invoices are sent monthly. Since July 2020, we also offer QR-code payment for easier processing (private tax return payments by IBAN only).
